Unless otherwise requested silver and gold member subscriptions will start with the first available printed issue of Journal of Dementia Care following successful payment. This issue will be delivered within 8 weeks of the order being placed for UK delivery and around 10 weeks for overseas delivery. We will endeavour to meet any date agreed for delivery. But If for any reason this delivery cannot be met, Hawker Publications Ltd will not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses. Delivery of the magazine will be made to the address specified in the order and the subscriber will need to make all arrangements necessary to take delivery of the Goods whenever they are tendered for delivery.

All other benefits of the three subscriptions should be available to be delivered within ten working days of successful payment.  If such delivery is perceived by the subscriber as not having been delivered please contact ESco Business Services on 01371 851802 for clarification.

Cancellations & Refunds


We offer a money back guarantee on our subscriptions. You can cancel at any time for a full refund on any unused portion. No questions asked. Simply ring our customer services team on 01371 851802 and they will process your request.


Cancellations received in writing seven working days before the event will be subject to a £25 + vat administration fee. After this date it is regretted that no refunds can be made nor invoices cancelled. Substitution of delegates is acceptable at any time. In the event of cancellation by the organisers, liability will be restricted to a refund of the fees paid. It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to make changes to speakers, content or timing of the programme. - See more at:
